The shrine is situated on the western side of Dal Lake in Srinagar.
Dargah Hazratbal, popularly known as the Hazratbal Shrine, is one of the most sacred Muslim shrines in Kashmir. It is famous for preserving a holy relic believed to be a hair of Prophet Muhammad, known as Moi-e-Muqaddas.
The shrine is admired for its beautiful white marble structure and large dome. It stands peacefully on the northern banks of Dal Lake, offering a calm and spiritual atmosphere. Thousands of devotees gather here, especially on important Islamic occasions.
